OneHive at a Time CIC is proud to announce an investment of £112,000 from the Camden Community Wealth Fund’s Youth Fund, an initiative run by Camden Council that supports organisations creating meaningful economic opportunities for young people across the borough.

Through this investment, OneHive at a Time CIC will onboard and support ten youth focused organisations across Camden, helping them strengthen their operational infrastructure, improve impact measurement, and build long-term sustainability.

Together, this initiative is projected to positively impact between 3,000 and 4,000 young people each year, supporting pathways into employment, skills development, mental health support, and inclusive recruitment opportunities. By aligning capital investment with digital infrastructure, data insights and youth-led decision making, the programme aims to create a more coordinated ecosystem for youth support in Camden. Participating organisations will be able to scale responsibly, demonstrate outcomes more clearly, and build resilience for the future.

This collaborative model brings together funders, council stakeholders, youth representatives and grassroots organisations, ensuring that young people remain central to decision making. Alongside financial investment, the programme will introduce a shared reporting framework and learning model, enabling transparency, accountability and the potential to expand the model beyond the pilot phase.
